For a deposit refund you must cancel 14 days prior to arrival. Deposit is subject to a $20.00 fee
Cancel less than 14 days prior to arrival NO refund .
Any reservations made 3 or more months in advance no refund.
All refund or cancellation requests must be made by telephone (not e-mail or message) between regular business hours 9am - 7pm Mon. thru Sat.
